We want you to feel like magic in your Selkie pieces, but if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Carefully fold your garments and place them back in their original Selkie bags before sealing them in a secure shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
